Delivery/Shipping Info
All baskets are shipped USPS (Priority Mail).
USPS can take 1-6 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location:
MIDWEST: 1-3 business days
EAST COAST: 3-5 business days
WEST COAST: 4-6 business days
INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If a gift is return to us because of incorrect or insufficient address, we will attempt to contact you for a better address. Additional USPS fees will be charged to your account, since USPS will charge us for the redelivery.
HAND DELIVERY: Rates are $10.95 and up throughout the kansas city metro area. Shopping cart calculates delivery charges for Kansas City area. Rates may be higher than $10.95 outside the Kansas City area. Specify delivery date on the enclosure card section.
Shipping and deliver fees are not included in the gift basket pricing.
LOCAL DELIVERY: Basket orders placed for local delivery by 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after 11:00 a.m.; however, a rush delivery fee may incurred.
SALES TAX: For deliveries in Kansas, sales tax will be added to all orders.
Most candy bouquets and cookie bouquets are shipped within 48 hours of order. PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR HAND DELIVERY. We will not Ship any chocolate candy bouquets during summer months.
